Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays within the Greater Toronto Area. 

On delivery day, you will be sent a reminder text message at the cell phone number you provided. If you did not provide a cell phone number, this info will be sent via email. Once your order is in transit you will also receive delivery updates. Please remember to provide us with a cell number, we are not responsible for text messages not received because the number provided was a land line. We are not responsible for orders left at your front door in unfavourable weather (heat, rain, snow) delivered by Kats Cookiez or one of our carriers. Please communicate to us a sheltered location to leave your order if the weather is an issue, otherwise, orders are left at the front door. We are not responsible for wildlife getting into your package or theft of your package.

 

Grab & Go Pickup

You will be sent a text message at the number you provided on the morning of your pickup. If you did not provide a cell phone number, this info will be sent via email. This message will contain a reminder of your pickup time as well as our address and pickup instructions. Please remember to provide us with a cell number, we are not responsible for text messages not received because the number provided was a land line.

Our pickup procedure is contactless. Your order will be placed in our pickup cooler on the front porch 15 minutes prior to your pickup time. When you arrive, just grab your order and you're all set.
