ORDERING:

How much notice is required?
• Minimum 48hrs notice for 1-2 box orders.
• Larger orders of 3+ boxes... 4 or more days minimum notice is required.

What happens after I place my order?
You will get an automated email confirmation containing your order details. 

CONTACTLESS PICKUP:

• At checkout, choose: Pickup.
• You will be prompted to chose a pickup date and time before proceeding with checkout.
• Minimum order amount for pickup is $10.

What happens on pickup day?
A text message reminder will be sent to you in the morning at the number you provided reminding you of your pickup details. It will contain our address and Grab & Go instructions. If you did not leave us a cell number, this reminder will be sent via email. If you need to adjust your pickup time, please let us know.

DELIVERY:

What are the details for delivery?
• We deliver every Tuesday and Friday. Depending on your location, your order will either be delivered by us or by our same-day courier.
• At checkout, choose: Delivery-Tuesday & Friday.


• You will be prompted to chose a delivery date before proceeding with checkout.
• Minimum order amount for delivery is $10.
• Delivery cost: $2-$9.99 depending on your location.
• Delivery zone: Toronto, Scarborough, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Stouffville, King City, Nobleton, Aurora, Newmarket. 

What happens on delivery day?
• A text message reminder will be sent to you at the number you provided. Sorry, we cannot give a specific delivery time. If our courier, FleetNow, is delivering your order, they will correspond with you via email with an ETA.
• Deliveries will be contactless. Please collect your package as soon as possible. 

FOR A RESIDENCE, we will ring the bell, leave your package at the front door, and email or text you a delivery confirmation.

FOR A CONDO/APARTMENT, we will leave your package in the lobby with the concierge or near the mailboxes, and email or text you a delivery confirmation. If there is no safe place to leave your package we will try to call you. We are unable to deliver directly to your unit/suite.

FOR A BUSINESS, we will leave the package at the front desk. If the business is on an upper level, we will leave the package with the concierge or security desk on the ground floor. We are unable to deliver directly to the unit/suite.

• In the event of unfavourable weather (ie: rain, extreme heat, snow) please consider leaving a cooler or closed bin near the front door for your order and please let us know, especially if that area is not sheltered from the weather. We are not responsible for orders left in unfavourable weather (ie: rain, extreme heat, snow), stolen orders, or orders eaten by wildlife.

STORAGE:

How long will cookies stay fresh?
Cookies will stay fresh at room temp for 3-5 days in an air-tight container.

How do I warm up the cookies?
• Oven: Heat cookies for 2-3* minutes at 350F on a parchment-lined tray.
• Microwave: 8-9* seconds on high.
These instructions apply to baked and/or thawed cookies. *Re-heating times will vary depending on your appliance.

Can I freeze the cookies?
Yes. Cookies not consumed within 3-5 days can be wrapped well and stored in an air-tight container in the freezer up to 3 months. Cookies should then be thawed to room temp before warming them up in the oven or microwave (if desired).

What is the allergy info for Kats Cookiez?
All cookies may contain nuts or traces of nuts and/or other allergens including: wheat, soy, egg, milk, tree nuts, sesame, mustard, and more.
 
Do you have nut-free options?
No, sorry, we are not a nut-free kitchen.

Do you have gluten-free options?
No, sorry, we do not have gluten-free options at this time.

OTHER: 

How big are the cookies?
Although some cookies spread/flatten more than others when baked, they fit in the palm of your hand. Each cookie is approx. 55-60g...about the weight of an egg. Just the right size so you can have more than one : )

Are you a certified food handler?
Yes! Kats Cookiez takes food safety very seriously. Kat is a Certified Food Handler and fully insured.
