Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the cookies are damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue.
Delivery: We are not responsible for orders left at your front door in unfavourable weather (heat, rain, snow) delivered by Kats Cookiez or one of our carriers such as FleetNow. Please communicate to us a sheltered location to leave your order if the weather is an issue, otherwise, orders are left at the front door. We are not responsible for wildlife getting into your package or theft of your package.
Shipping: We are not responsible for orders once they are in the hands of one of our carriers. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address, please check the address details you submit.
Returns / Exchanges / Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.
Refunds will be issued on a case by case basis. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
