Global Cocoa Shortage
There's an ongoing cocoa shortage which has made it challenging to consistently source our chocolate ingredients. While this hasn't impacted our menu decisions just yet, it might in the future. Packaging Changes
BOXES
You might have noticed that we're testing out a new large box style. This new box is a take-out style like some of our other box sizes. We're making this change because:
1. Our current box supplier has increased their prices.
2. They ship from Vancouver and shipping costs have also increased.
3. Our take-out style boxes come from our friends at Kis Paper in Aurora and we prefer supporting other local businesses.
4. The new box is a little bigger, which means those larger order can fit all together. This helps reduce paper waste.
If you received your cookies in one of these new boxes, please let us know your thoughts, we always appreciate feedback.

BAGS
Speaking of less paper waste, we will no longer be packing 1-box pickup orders in a paper bag unless you added gift ribbons or you request a bag in the checkout notes. We're happy to provide bags if it makes pickup easier for you so please let us know if you prefer one. If you missed adding it in the checkout notes, please reply with your request to the pickup reminder you receive via text.
